With a strong emphasis on education for refugee students inclusion, the organization is dedicated to nurturing partnerships between schools and families, promoting a learning culture that paves the way for greater student success.

Edukopro’s programs prioritize the development of critical thinking skills for both teachers and students, stress reduction among educators, inclusion of children with disabilities in schools, and integration of social media tools and website creation for schools. Through their partnership with the publishing house “Vrijeme,” Edukopro has acquired expertise in publishing textbooks, workbooks, manuals, and developing valuable content for youth and adults.

The organization features a dedicated department focused on engaging young people aged 6-14 (primary school), 15-18 (high school), and 19-25 (college education). Edukopro actively organizes events such as tribunes, conferences, promotions, and fairs to support youth education. With a deep understanding of young people’s needs, Edukopro offers tailored solutions to address these concerns.

Edukopro’s mission is to enhance young people’s competencies, improve skills, foster initiative, responsibility, and promote social inclusion and intercultural dialogue among youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The team firmly believes in the value of non-formal education and experiential learning grounded in experience and observation.

To achieve their goals, Edukopro and its associated partners organize seminars, educational workshops, and training activities for primary teachers and school administrators. They collaborate with primary and secondary schools, educational centers, and teachers’ associations to introduce innovative educational approaches to students, teachers, and youth workers, as well as develop digital platforms for schools. At the local level, their focus is on teaching, seminars, and creating materials for children and youth organizations actively involved in the educational society.

The significance of having Edukopro as a partner lies in their ability to lead the Parents Workshop Project result, which concentrates on developing a tool to provide teachers and parents with access to educational content, information, and activities that support the self-esteem growth of children aged 9-14. This contribution aligns with the project’s overall objective: cultivating a growth mindset in primary school children, enabling them to foster a positive relationship with themselves, enhance their self-confidence, and realize their full potential.
